Our Story
We Are Telling
Life...
WeTel World Group UAE is a dynamic and multifaceted media, education, sustainability, and business consortium that has been driving innovation and impact across the UAE and beyond since its inception. Established in the UAE in 2016 as a media and marketing company, the Group launched WeTel TV — a prominent news and information portal that has published thousands of press releases and operates a 24/7 live television channel on Etisalat eLife Channel 336 in the UAE, delivering trusted news and insights to a broad audience.
In 2017, WeTel Group expanded into education with the launch of WeTel Academy, a centre for professional training and skills development established in partnership with NEST Academy and Britts Imperial University. Located in Dubai Academic City with a campus near the Dubai KHDA main building, the Academy has been instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering lifelong learning.
WeTel’s commitment to global engagement and sustainability has seen the Group take on significant roles at major international milestones. In 2021, it became an official media partner of Expo 2020 Dubai, enhancing global outreach for one of the world’s most ambitious events. Building on this momentum, in 2023 WeTel launched its WeTel Sustainability Organisation, under which it served as an official media and ESG partner for COP28 in Dubai. Through this vertical, the Group has forged strategic partnerships with global entities including the European Blockchain Association (Berlin) and the World Sustainability Organization (Milan), and actively promotes sustainable practices and ESG transformation across industries.
WeTel’s innovative WeTel Go-Green-Golf initiative has hosted hundreds of international golf tournaments across the UAE, promoting sustainability leadership and community engagement.
Furthering its commitment to education and global development, in January 2026 WeTel Group launched two K-12 schools: the WeTel Western Australian High School, a full-time institution at Etisalat Academy Dubai, and the WeTel Canadian International School, a virtual school offering international curricula.
Today, WeTel World is recognised as a forward-thinking organisation that bridges media, education, sustainability, and strategic business services, empowering individuals and organisations to thrive in an ever-evolving global landscape.
