How do I handle payments and deliveries?
WeTel World does not process payments or shipments. Sellers are responsible for managing payments, deliveries, and customer interactions independently through our e-commerce portal. Revenue generated from e-commerce will be transferred to Sellers STRIP Account within 48 hours.
How much does it cost to list on WeTel World?
WeTel World operates on an annual subscription model.
Our Subscription fees is AED 500 for 12 months and it is a fixed amount for all segments, categories and listing type.
Is the subscription refundable?
No. The annual subscription fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Are my transactions secure?
WeTel World does not process payments—all transactions are managed by users directly.
Users are advised to follow safe transaction practices to avoid fraud. WeTel use only STRIPE payment Gateway for all transactions.
What are the prohibited products?
You cannot list:❌ Illegal or counterfeit goods❌ Weapons, drugs, or restricted substances❌ Pornographic or offensive content❌ Stolen or fraudulent products

Can real estate agents list properties?
Yes, only licensed real estate agents and individual property owners can list their properties.
Does WeTel World facilitate real estate transactions?
No. WeTel World is only a listing platform—buyers and sellers must negotiate and finalize deals independently. We are not responsible and not event considered as a Party to this transaction.
