You must be 18 or older to create an account, whether as an event organizer, vendor, artist, professional, influencer, or customer.

Yes, but you must have the legal authority to act on behalf of your entity and will be equally responsible financially and legally.

By signing up, you agree to WeTelWorld’s Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Agreement, and Website Terms of Use.

Create and manage an account

List events

Sell tickets online and offline

Manage ticket sales

Promote events

Scan QR Code at Event from mobile

The event organizer must ensure that all event details, contact information, and services are up to date.

WeTelWorld holds the revenue until the successful completion of the event.

WeTelWorld will step in as a mediator between the event organizer and the customer to resolve disputes

If you breach our terms, WeTelWorld may:

Terminate your account

Bar you from using our website

Take legal action against you

Note: Event organizers must comply with relevant laws and regulations for their events and services.

Refund Faq

Events & Ticketing – WeTelWorld - FAQ: Annexure-001C

1. How do I request a refund for my ticket?

To request a refund, you must contact the event organizer directly. WeTelWorld does not process refunds unless the event is officially canceled by the organizer.

2. In what cases am I eligible for a refund?

You may apply for a refund if: The event is canceled. The main artist cancels or does not perform. The event is postponed, and you cannot attend the new date. The event location changes significantly (e.g., more than 40km away). The event organizer is unresponsive or absconding.

3. What is the refund process if the event is canceled?

The event organizer must submit an official cancellation request to WeTelWorld via the admin portal. Ticket buyers will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation. Customers must submit an online refund request with their bank details and identification proof. WeTelWorld will process refunds, but only 70% of the ticket amount will be refunded, as 30% is deducted as a processing fee.

4. How long do I have to apply for a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the event cancellation or postponement announcement.

5. Can I get a refund if I no longer want to attend the event?

No, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are only provided under the specified conditions mentioned above.

6. What happens if I receive a refund but still use my ticket?

Using a refunded ticket is considered fraud. Organizers are instructed not to accept invalid or refunded tickets.

7. Will I get a full refund?

No, WeTelWorld retains 30% of the transaction value to cover administrative and processing costs. You will receive 70% of the original ticket price.

8. How will my refund be processed?

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase (e.g., credit/debit card). Refund online form needs to be submitted.

9. What if my ticket was purchased through a third-party seller?

WeTelWorld is not responsible for tickets bought outside of the official platform. Any fraud or invalid tickets purchased from non-official sources will not be eligible for refunds.

10. Can I exchange my ticket instead of getting a refund?

If an event is postponed, you may be given the option to attend a rescheduled date or exchange your ticket for another performance, subject to organizer approval.

11. What happens if I am denied entry to the event?

No refunds will be issued if you are denied entry due to: Dress code violations Age restrictions Disruptive behaviorThe event organizer and venue management have full authority to refuse entry.

12. Can WeTelWorld make exceptions for refunds?

WeTelWorld follows a strict policy based on the terms above. Refund decisions are final and only granted under eligible circumstances.

4. What are the benefits of joining WeTel Consortium?

By becoming a member, you get: A dedicated business listing on our platform Increased visibility & exposure to potential clients Targeted social media promotions Access to a network of event professionals Opportunities to attract new business

5. How much does the membership cost?

The membership is available at a nominal annual subscription fee. The cost varies based on the package selected. Whereas, separate participation fee shall be required for various events and functions.

6. How do I register for a membership?

You can register by: Visiting the WeTel Consortium website Selecting a membership plan Filling out the registration form with your business details Making the online payment

7. Can I update my business listing after registration?

Yes! Members can update their business information at any time to keep their listing relevant and up-to-date.

8. Is there a refund policy for membership fees?

No, the membership subscription is non-refundable. However, you can cancel your renewal for the next cycle.

9. Can non-event professionals join WeTel Consortium?

No, this platform is specifically designed for professionals in the event industry.
